Return and Exchange Policy
Any article purchased online can be Exchanged within 07 days, Once the article has been delivered the customer You can request an exchange by calling us or sending a E-mail along with your Purchase Invoice. Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered.
For exchange, all tags should be intact, packing in its original condition and with original invoice. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected and incomplete.
Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Additional Copier Paper is non-returnable/exchangeable as well.
Exchange of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
Company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. Customer will be notified via email or phone call.
Order enquiries will only be entertained within 7 working days after placement of the order.
Claims and complaints of order will not be entertained after 7 days of delivery.
Order cancellation requests can be placed before order shipping. Once order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE Return/Exchange?
You can claim for the Return.Exchange policy if:
The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels attached.
The product received does not matched the size
WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
